I absolutely love the Yucatan. The town of Coba, Quintana Roo is found about 45km north of Tulum, just off the main highway to Valladolid which is 60km further. The largest pyramid in the Coba compound is called Nohoch Mul, and it stand at an impressive at feet tall. The path inside the archeological site is wide enough, so you don't need to worry that cyclists and cart drivers will oppress you.
